Terms and Conditions
1. Contract Information
1.1 The following terms and conditions highlight the supply, ordering process and return or refund policies of goods sold by EDS CD Keys (we and us), to the customer (you).
2. Order Placement
2.1 Any or all orders placed by you via telephone, email, text message or through our website shall be deemed conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms.
2.2 Your order will officially be placed once a confirmation call/email (with an enclosed tracking code) has been issued to you.
2.3 We have an automated order system which does not allow for amendments to be made to the order itself or the delivery addresses. It shall be your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
2.4 You will be informed if we have to cancel your order due to out-of-stock goods or issues with the delivery schedule.
2.5 All of our sales are bound by these terms with the exclusion of any contradictory conditions added by you or our employees, unless they have been authorized by us in writing prior to purchase.
3. Payment
3.1 Complete payment (through bank transfer, PayPal or credit/debit cards) with the full price of the goods or services, and any incurred charges for delivery must be made by you before your order can be processed.
3.2 All payments are made through third party payment transaction companies, and therefore, we do not have any access to your financial or bank details.
4. Delivery
4.1 We offer next working day delivery (exceptional circumstances notwithstanding), to mainland UK only.
4.2 All timescales refer to working days (Monday to Friday only, excluding bank holidays).
4.3 Saturday deliveries require an extra charge.
4.4 The goods will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
4.5 In the unlikely event that you have not received your order completely, you must inform us immediately. We strongly recommend that you do not begin any installation work until you have received all the goods and they have been checked for defects or missing parts.
4.6 We shall not provide any unpacking, installation or fitting services upon delivery unless you have selected the option of these services on the website when placing your order.
5. Product Treatment
5.1 It is your responsibility to treat the MDF shelving boards with sealant or moisture resistant paint before using them.
6. Product Cancellation, Return or Refund
6.1 If you wish to cancel before the goods have been delivered, we only require evidence of the confirmation email sent to you, after which a full refund will be made through the payment method you selected when placing the order.
6.2 Once the goods have been received, you have a 30 day period (starting from the day you received your order) to change your mind.
6.3 If you decide to return the goods after delivery due to the scenario in 6.2, you will be responsible for sending the order back to us at your own expense within 14 days after the date of cancellation.
6.4 When returning goods, you must ensure that they are adequately packaged to protect against damage. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us resulting in any damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
6.5 After we have received the returned goods, your refund will be given to you within a 14 day period, with a 20% restocking charge deducted from the total amount.
6.6 If the goods have proven to be faulty or incorrect, we shall arrange for a paid collection of the goods, with a full refund promptly made to you.
